In the last two years, I've learned to appreciate two things: time and people. My work has taught me the importance of patience, persistence and personal contact. It offered me an opportunity to grow personally and was a rewarding way to serve a long-term community project for Dresden. Since I'll become a doctor next year, I'm stepping back from the conference organization this year, however, I'm still advising the 2018-team on project management, IT and website maintenance.

TEDx always offered me a surprise and I can only recommend it as an ideal place to meet impressive people.
